Deva Medspa in Vancouver now offers VI Peel to restore your skin. The ageing process can cause your skin to become lax, pigmented and rough. People with melasma and hyperpigmentation do not have many options for removing discoloration, but this is where the VI Peel comes in! VI Peel in Vancouver is different from other deep peels in that it uses multiple acids at lower concentrations allowing to deliver deep peel results without any side effects. Another difference between the VI Peel and other traditional deep peels is that the VI Peel does not burn. VI Peel is a combination of peeling acids and vitamins that helps erase wrinkles and fine lines, shrink enlarged pores and tightens skin by building collagen and elastin.
Suddenly, every other peel is obsolete! The ViPeel contains a synergistic blend of powerful ingredients suitable for all skin types. The unique blend of ingredients in the ViPeel is a combination of the several of the most effective medical peel agents available. This peel provides dramatic results with virtually no pain, no skin preparation, and little downtime. The VI Peel will improve the tone, texture, and clarity of the skin; reduce or get rid of age spots, freckles, and hyper-pigmentation, including melasma; soften lines and wrinkles; clear acne skin conditions; reduce or get rid of acne scars; and stimulate the production of collagen, for firmer, more youthful skin. Vi Peel also works well in conjunction with lasers, injectables, and post-procedure.

Your skin will be cleansed with acetone to remove all oils. A first layer will be applied which slightly numbs the skin. You may feel brief stinging for 5 to 10 seconds. Subsequent layers are applied until your skin “frosts”. The peel is left on and will self-neutralize over the next 6 hours. Your skin will feel and look tighter with a glow.
Skin will darken to look tanned, then the peeling will begin on Day 3 with Peel completion by Day 7. Your new skin will be much smoother, clearer and more tone-balanced.
Post Peel Instructions
Day 1. You will leave the office with the ViPeel solution on your skin and will be given a post peel kit. Nothing is to be applied to the area treated on day one (no SPF, makeup or moisturizer of any kind). The peel must be the only thing on your skin in order to allow time for proper penetration. Make sure you leave the ViPeel solution on for at least 6 hours. You must stay out of the sun.
Night of Day 1. Wash the peel off one hour before bedtime that evening and apply the (Retine A/Vitamin C towelette) into the skin and sleep with it in the skin that first night.
Day 2. The following morning you should wash & dry your face, apply hydrocortisone 1%, and then apply the provided SPF 30. You will reapply the hydrocortisone and SPF at least three times throughout the day.
Night of Day 2. That second night one hour before bedtime wash and dry your face and apply the second Retine A/Vitamin C towelette into the skin and sleep with it all night.
Day 3. The following morning (day 3) is, generally, the day you will begin to peel. You will continue the same step as morning two (wash and dry the face, apply the hydrocortisone and SPF 30). You must re-apply these three times daily. Upon the start of peeling, you can incorporate the moisturizer (provided) with the hydrocortisone and SPF regimen (hydrocortisone, moisturizer, and SPF). (NOTE: Moisturizer should be used once the peel process has begun).
Day 3 – Day 7. You must reapply Hydrocortisone, Moisturizer (upon peeling), and SPF 30 three times a day throughout the entire peel process.
Continued Sun Protection. Protect your skin with continued use of SPF 30 sunscreen to prevent return of pigmentation.

Our VI Peel treatments in Vancouver are specially formulated to reverse the aging process of skin that has become lax, pigmented or rough. Aging is inevitable, however VI Peel can show results in as little as seven days. VI Peel is a pain free and straightforward process that has the following benefits:
Our VI Peel Precision in Vancouver is a wonderful treatment for aging skin because it contains a higher concentration of rejuvenating ingredients than the original VI formulation. Aging skin tends to be harder to treat, but the powerful effects of the VI Peel Precision allow it to soften wrinkles and fine lines, minimize areas of light pigmentation to produce a more even tone, and buff away rough texture to leave skin beautifully soft and smooth.
If you suffer from a more dramatic case of hyperpigmentation or have pesky sun spots and liver spots that are aging your complexion, the VI Peel Precision Plus will likely be a more suitable chemical peel. This formulation contains all the high concentrations of the original Precision peel to target skin laxity and texture issues, but it will also minimize the appearance of liver spots and dramatically brighten stubborn pigmentation, leaving a more even complexion and gorgeously healthy skin.
Our VI Peel in Vancouver works in much the same way as any other chemical peel. The ingredients in the peel work to gently blister the very top layers of skin which then peel off over a number of days. By doing this, new skin is revealed which tends to be smoother, brighter and more even.
Chemical peels, when performed by a skin care expert like those at our Vancouver spa, are completely safe and an excellent solution for people who want to rejuvenate their skin and smooth out mild skin laxity without the invasion or expense of surgery.
Our Vancouver VI Peel has been developed to be as gentle as possible to the skin and is, therefore, a completely painless procedure. It also works very quickly – peeling of the skin occurs quickly over a few days and is usually over within just 5 or 6 days, at which point skin looks smooth, fresh, bright and more youthful. It’s the perfect chemical peel procedure to undergo before an important event at which you want to look your best – just schedule in your treatment a week in advance.
Regular use of the Vi Peel (3 to 4 peels per year), along with proper home care, reverses sun damage. It treats hyper pigmentation including melasma, acne and acne scars, loss of firmness and rosacea. The peel is also suitable for the eye area, chest, hands, arms and back. Just keep in mind anywhere you are peeled, you will have to keep out of the sun for a couple of weeks, and be religious about sunscreen thereafter.
